PAPERS
We would like to invite you to present at the conference in 2019.  Presenters will be given 40 minutes, which includes 10 minutes for Q&A and Students have been allocated 20 minutes, including 5 minutes Q&A.  The Call for Abstracts has closed but you are still welcome to submit your completed form by the end of January 2019.

  • Single Delegate: Friday to Sunday @ R5 000-00
  • Sharing Delegate: Thursday to Sunday @ R5 600-00
  • Sharing Delegate: Friday to Sunday @ R4 000-00
  • Spouse Rate: Thursday to Sunday@ R5 100-00
  • Spouse Rate: Friday to Sunday @ R3 760-00
  • Day Delegate @ R1 200-00 per day (includes conference, lunch and tea breaks)

  • DEADLINE FOR BOOKINGS: Wednesday 6 March 2019
  • CANCELLATIONS: cancellations after Thursday 7 March 2019 will be liable for the full fee
  • No-show at the conference will be liable for the full fee
  • Insurance and Liability
    Participants and their guests are reminded that their participation in the 23rd National Rubber conference and all associated events is on a voluntary basis and entirely at their own risk. The Conference, the IOM, the organisers, The PR Junction, and Khaya iBhubesi will accept no responsibility in the case of accident, injury or the loss of personal property. Participants are responsible for their own loss of property, cancellation expenses and legal liability and it is recommended that participants arrange for the appropriate travel insurance, including medical coverage.
