Membership Benefits
IOM3 SA Members are grouped into branches according to the region in which they reside (i.e. Northern Branch, KwaZulu Natal Branch and the Eastern Cape Branch). Each Branch hosts regular member meetings which gives members the opportunity to network and to enjoy a lecture by an individual within in the industry.
Members also receive a complimentary copy of the Southern African Polymer Technology magazine.
Nationally, the Institute hosts a biennial conference, which is well supported by local and international presenters, sponsors and delegates.
The IOM3 SA also hosts a biennial Foundation Lecture (in the year when the conference is not taking place). This prestigious dinner attracts local members and includes a lecture by a well-known industry player, who receives the William Sage Medal.
